- Our Sales Associates provide an exceptional level of service that will exceed customer’s expectations per the adultmart and Room 801 standards. Sales Associates must engage customers in conversation for the purpose of selling merchandise, educating the customer and ensuring that each customer has a personalized and pleasurable shopping experience.
Core Position Requirements for all Sales Positions:
- Drive to go beyond the norms of customer service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Possess a passion for interacting with a diverse group of people.
- A working knowledge of store product, including price, specials and sales, and location within the store. You must be able to actively engage customers to provide education on products and assist the customer in finding the ideal item for their lifestyle
- Computer experience required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes – nights, weekends, holidays, special events, and in some locations overnight shifts as needed.
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned based on the needs of the business.
